I usually read FIXD reviews when a car warning light makes me want a simple explanation before going to a mechanic. What matters to me is whether the device and app make the problem easier to understand without making the situation sound more serious than it is. In a review, should someone describe the car, warning light, and app reading together, or focus mainly on how easy the scanner was to use? I’d want the review to say whether the app reduced guesswork or simply added another screen to check before calling a shop.
