Our Mission:

Jobs with Justice believes that all workers should have collective bargaining rights, employment security, and a decent standard of living within an economy that works for everyone. We bring together labor, community, student, and faith voices at the national and local levels to win improvements in people’s lives and shape the public discourse on workers’ rights and the economy.

Our Constellations

Our constellations are the strategies which guide us in our work and keep us grounded in our vision, our North Star. These three strategies guide our tactics to keep us focused, with workers at the center of that focus.

Workers' Rights Board

Our Workers' Rights Board is a dedicated group of volunteers who actively stand in solidarity with workers year round. They host hearings to highlight current worker struggles and show up to strike and rally lines regularly. They also regularly host a Labor History Film Series.
